DÖD is a swedish metal band.
The name is short for Do or Die.

DÖD’s sound is classic metal true to the genre’s birth. It’s heavy, in your face, melodic, simple and
catchy. Like metal should be.

The band was founded by a couple of guys who grew up in Gothenburg overdosing on Accept,
Motörhead and Judas Priest. They formed their first metal band together in the late 80’s and has
since then played together in different constellations over the years. Two years ago they decided to
start a new band, playing clean metal. And this time it’s all in, Do or Die, Literally.

DÖD has their first album ready for publishing. The name of the album is Arising from the ashes.
